This 70 m² studio loft in Berlin Rummelsburg sets no limits to creativity. The lovingly renovated top floor is ideal for photo/film productions, workshops, and small events. The 60m² large and up to 4.20m high room is part of a 130m² studio. The highlight of this studio is the cove with a total area of approximately 27 m². It is standard in white and can be individually painted in consultation. The rooms also have large skylights that let in plenty of daylight. On request, the table and ceiling lamps can be moved, thus opening up another white wall that can also be used as a photo wall (6m x 3m). The kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, sink, ceramic hob) and the bathroom (toilet, shower, sink, and mirror) form the connection between the two studio rooms and are also very nicely developed. These are shared.
