Space of 100m² spread over two levels. On the ground floor, large living room lit by a skylight, including an open kitchen and sanitary facilities. Upstairs, large bright work space giving access to a closed meeting room, sanitary facilities and a private outdoor terrace (48m²).
ACCESS:
- Car: It's an ideal place to work, live and trade at the southern gates of Paris, 1 minute from the Arcueil exit/entry of the A6B and therefore close to the A86. Orly airport is 7 minutes away (and 7 euros by taxi/Uber) and 15-20 minutes away during rush hours. The Porte d'Italie is also less than 10 minutes away. Two private parking spaces and free street parking.
- Public transport: 15 min walk from RER B Laplace and 15 min walk from metro line 7 Villejuif - Paul Vaillant Couturier, or by bus 162 - Quatre chemins stop. The Porte d'Italie is 10 minutes away by taking bus 186 whose stop is a 1 minute walk away.
